Delivery Terms & Conditions

 Large package

1. The order shall be shipped within 7 working days for Bangkok Metropolitan Region, within 14 working days for other areas.
2. The company staff will contact and arrange the delivery within 1-3 business days.
3. We reserve the right not to deliver the product across the Island.
4. Delivery excludes 3 provinces: Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat.
5. Delivery also excludes Mae Hong Son Province and mountainous area.

Warranty

— Company will only accept returns up to 7 days after the delivery of the product.The returned products are inspected whether there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect before exchanging for a new one.

— In the case of defective parts or wear from use, there will be a cost to replace those parts.
